I'm Louis Isherwood, a fitness and performance coach with a background in elite sport and a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and get more from life. I work with clients of all ages and abilities, offering one-to-one sessions at David Lloyd Health Club, home visits, and small group training. Every session is tailored, focused and designed to deliver real, lasting results.

I'm now offering tailored fitness and performance coaching exclusively for members at Leigh Golf Club. Sessions are held right here at the clubhouse — no travel, no unfamiliar gym — just expert coaching designed to improve your game and how you feel on the course.
